Dr. Jeff Matheson obtained an HBSc (Biochem) Degree from The University of Western Ontario, followed by his MDCM Degree (Doctor of Medicine, Master of Surgery) from McGill University in 1991.
He has successfully practiced medicine in emergency departments across Canada and internationally, from Ontario, Newfoundland and Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.
He later was appointed Medical Director of Med-EmergInc in 1998, a company dedicated to staffing underserved hospitals in Canada.
In 2013, Dr. Matheson co-founded an all-natural migraine and headache centre, which promotes a non-narcotic approach to pain and headache management.
Headache, Migraine and Concussion Centre (HMC Centre) is dedicated to controlling pain through the promotion of good health and non-medicinal therapies using neuroplasticity principals as well as interventional pain control.
